Belly up at the table with good food or sitting around the fire or walking the woods: connection to other men and the truth of God’s Word can be game changers for you.

Exercise Some Manliness.

Throw hatchets, use sling shots, shoot the arrows in the 3D Archery Tournament. Whether you are experienced or not, this is your time to get try your hand at some basic outdoor fun!

Weston Eckert is a New Jersey native who has a passion for mentoring and discipling others. Pastor Weston developed his love for ministry and discipleship while working with orphans at  Livada Orphan Care in Targue Mures, Romania, in the summers of 2004-2007. After graduating from bible college he and his wife moved to Florida where he served in Estero, Florida at First Baptist Church of Estero for nine years as Student Pastor and Administrative Pastor. While in Florida, he began taking youth on summer and fall retreats to Whisper Mountain Camp and has witnessed the impact of this ministry on youth first hand. 

Currently, Pastor Weston ministers at The Pilgrim Academy as the Human Resource and Entitlement Director.  He is active in his local church leading the children's ministry. Pastor Weston lives in Tuckerton, New Jersey with his wife Susanna and their two furbabies.  You can follow him on Instagram @Mr_Wild_Wild_West to be encouraged about the things of God and to join in on his many adventures.

WHO COMES?

Men aged 8+ are invited to join. This is a great opportunity to try something new with your small group, family circle, father/son, or your buddies!

WHAT GOES ON?

You will participate in outdoor activities like hatchet throwing, sling shots, and archery. The big event is a 3D Archery Tournament Saturday afternoon. You practice on Saturday morning. Bookending the days are times of encouragement in the Word. We also have tables of giveaways we raffle off throughout the weekend!

WHEN TO COME?

  • Arrive Friday, October 3, 2024 between 4-5:30. Dinner will be served at 6.

  • Event ends Sunday, October 5 around 10 am. Meals served through breakfast on Sunday.
