The Fab 3 Light the Way
These guys keep coming back and we are always so thankful they do! You remember they built our entrance bridge last year, right? This year The Fab 5 dropped down to the Fab 3, but they sure worked their little tails off!
Along with several smaller projects, these guys accomplished one big job!
DRUMROLL PLEASE….
The Fab 3 installed lighting up part of our road!
This was a big job, but with the help of our guys they trenched the wire into the ground, cemented the posts in place, wired in the lanterns, and put all things back together again. Now the lanterns come on at dusk and glow strong all night long!
We are entirely grateful for the sacrifices they made to their bodies and their time! They were dog tired by the end of their week, but we will think of them each time we see the lights lit up!
Now those late arrivers and the campers walking back to their cabins can feel a little more sure-footed. Any stargazers reading this who might now be concerned about the light pollution ruining their gazing, don’t you worry! We put switches on them for nights such as that! But most city folks will appreciate a little more light on our very dark mountain!
