CWE Fundraiser | Florida Golf Classic 2024

Marty and Shaun were able to enjoy a quick trip to Florida last weekend to join in the efforts of the CWE annual fundraiser! Do you remember CWE? If you remember, they are the amazing ministry who partners with other ministries to help promote the gospel! They usually travel outside the country to build churches or other buildings missionaries need, but due to covid at the time they began helping more stateside. They built our Camper Lodge in 2022 and they are coming back this coming spring (2025!) to build the final Camper Lodge on our property! We are beyond excited, obviously! The amazing thing about CWE is they pay for 75% of the building and they provide 4 weeks of volunteers to come build it! Blessing feels like an understatement!

Their annual fundraiser brings in all the money to fund their projects through the year. So Marty and Shaun went down to see it in action and help out in whatever way they needed!

Their 32nd annual Florida Golf Classic was a well oiled machine full of amazing prizes for the participants! Two of which were our former staff (Pictured Above).

The guys’ job was to see a bunch of familiar faces from those who came to help us build the first camper lodge AND to sit at hole #7 to verify if anyone would get a hole in one — if they did they’d win a new Ford Truck! (Unfortunately no one did, but they had fun watching for it!)

They had a great time and got to hang out with a bunch of really great people! We are grateful for all those who are involved in events like this because they really do have the ripple effect of making a difference for many, many people!
